Senior Researcher

• Conduct research on customer challenges related to carbon assessment, green financing, and carbon trading services
• Create advanced technology/solutions and business models for these areas
• Develop service ideas, design, business ecosystems, and conduct Proof of Concept (PoC) demonstrations
• Engage with customers, study requirements, and propose solutions while collaborating with global research teams

This role contributes to developing solutions for carbon assessment, green financing, and carbon trading, supporting environmental sustainability and climate action through innovative business models and technologies.

• Master's Degree or PhD in Service Design, Design Thinking, or Business Development
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in service & ecosystem development and business model creation, preferably in B2B and finance
• Experience in service design, customer-facing activities, green finance, and carbon trading
• Hands-on capability in design thinking, business strategy, marketing, and knowledge in carbon accounting/assessment
