• 3+ years of management experience and 2+ years of professional experience within a technical industry
• Proven ability to give structured feedback, manage up/down, and resolve interpersonal friction professionally
• Working knowledge of and enthusiasm about AI-safety sub-fields with strong alignment with the mission
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Compensation: $160,000-$200,000 annually for Berkeley roles and £105,000-£130,000 for London roles.
