Senior Research Lead, AI Security Portfolio

Core responsibilities:

• Lead RAND's research portfolio focused on securing advanced AI systems, understanding cyber capabilities, and shaping policy frameworks
• Define and drive research agenda on secure AI systems across multiple teams and programs
• Lead complex projects integrating technical R&D, cybersecurity operations, and policy analysis
