Senior Remediation Leader

Core responsibilities:

• Provide strong leadership, direction, and office management for a team of 10-15 people
• Lead large, complex oil & gas remediation programs with technical oversight, risk management, and client communication
• Manage a significant backlog of remediation sites to ensure high-quality execution and on-time delivery
• Strengthen client relationships and lead strategic capture within regional oil & gas environmental markets

This role strengthens and elevates performance within AECOM's environmental practice, driving excellence across large, complex oil & gas remediation programs to address environmental contamination.

Required qualifications:

• Experience directly managing a team of experienced professionals
• Expertise in leading complex oil & gas remediation programs
• Strong technical and people leadership skills
• Ability to drive performance improvements and rebuild team culture
