Senior Regulatory Manager – Code Management, Regulatory Reporting and Industry Governance

• Lead Centrica's strategic engagement with industry codes, agreements, and governance frameworks, ensuring compliance and effective response to evolving obligations.
• Assess the impact of code modifications, regulatory programmes, and market reforms, translating complex requirements into clear business impacts and actions.
• Own and oversee the regulatory reporting framework, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant submissions to Ofgem and other stakeholders.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team responsible for code management, regulatory reporting, and industry change activities.

This role drives the energy transition by ensuring Centrica complies with regulatory obligations and influences industry governance, reducing costs, mitigating risks, and improving customer outcomes while creating commercial value.

• Senior-level experience in the energy sector, particularly in regulatory, industry governance, or related functions.
• Extensive knowledge of industry governance arrangements, code modification processes, and Ofgem decision-making.
• Strong track record of interpreting complex regulatory obligations and translating them into practical, commercially sound solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
