What you will drive
- Provide authoritative technical advice on value chain development and market access to improve IFAD's capacity as a global player and influence national government policies
- Enhance development of viable and sustainable policies through knowledge sharing, intelligence gathering, and analysis of debates relevant to rural transformation
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with centers of excellence, technical organizations, and development institutions to advance IFAD's mandate
- Support country/regional programs by providing state-of-the-art technical guidance throughout the project cycle (strategic and operational)
