Senior Regional Lead, Government Relations

• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with government leaders, non-profit organizations, community groups, and media to advance shared micromobility programs.
• Evaluate, prioritize, and implement strategies to maintain and grow Lime's fleet in New York City's four-borough program.
• Collaborate with regional operations, campaigns, and policy teams to develop long-term government relations strategy aligned with company priorities.
• Analyze local and state-level regulatory matters, anticipate issues, and work with internal teams to problem-solve.

This role advances shared, affordable, and carbon-free transportation by building government partnerships that expand micromobility programs, reducing reliance on cars and lowering emissions in urban areas.

• At least 5 years of experience in government affairs, public policy, campaigns, or community development in a government-related environment.
• Minimum 3 years working directly with municipal and/or state government, campaigns, or public policy in New York.
• Fluency in English and ability to speak in public and to the media; Spanish knowledge is ideal.
• Strong multitasking, analytical, and strategic mindset; comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
