Senior Recruiting Coordinator

• Coordinate onsite and virtual interviews, providing a seamless candidate experience from interview to hire
• Work with hiring teams and candidates to schedule, coordinate, and confirm multi-stage interviews across all departments and time zones
• Ensure first-class candidate experience throughout the interview, hiring, and onboarding process by being the bridge between the candidate, recruiter, hiring team, and People Operations
• Manage post-selection and pre-onboarding documentation and engage with candidates as per 30-60-90 days' notice timelines

• 5+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Extremely organized, detail oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Outlook scheduling and Greenhouse ATS
• Excellent relationship-building skills, ability to multi-task and adapt to rapidly changing priorities, and strong communication skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up environment with flexible hours for different time zones
