What you will drive
- In this role, you'll own full-lifecycle recruiting for senior research positions and improve GiveWell's hiring process through data-driven sourcing and assessment.
- Analyze hiring funnel data to identify bottlenecks and improve assessment effectiveness.
- Develop innovative sourcing pipelines to find exceptional candidates from diverse backgrounds.
- Experiment with hiring process changes and use data to guide resource allocation decisions.
- Screen applications, write outreach emails, and conduct interviews to find and close talent.
