You will be responsible for the full recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Source and screen candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, employee referrals)
- Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners (e.g., recruitment agencies, job boards)

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar role
- Proven track record of successfully filling challenging positions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with recruitment software and tools (e.g., Workday, BambooHR)
- Ability to travel occasionally (up to 20%)

Qualifications:
- German language skills (C1 level)
- English language skills (B2 level)
- Familiarity with the German job market and labor laws
- Experience with diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
- Certification in recruitment or HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, HRCI)
