Senior Recruiter (f/m/x) - Remote (3-Month Term with Potential for Extension)

• Work as a recruiting expert independently on roles across various levels
• Coordinate kick-off meetings with leaders, decide on search strategies, conduct interviews, and drive data-driven decision-making
• Ensure first-class candidate experience through timely feedback and transparent communication
• Support or lead further HR projects such as hiring events and interview trainings

• At least 4 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment across associate to executive levels
• Extensive experience hiring and building high-performing engineering teams across Europe
• Familiar with sourcing candidates using platforms like LinkedIn and knowledgeable about sourcing techniques
• Fluent in English (German is a plus), structured, metrics-driven, and experienced with OKRs
