Senior Recruiter

Core responsibilities:

• Own full-cycle recruiting for senior individual contributor, director, VP, and executive roles
• Build and deliver high-quality senior and executive talent pipelines in a complex, regulated, enterprise environment
• Proactively source talent for hard-to-fill, senior roles and maintain strong candidate benches
• Own time-to-fill, pipeline health, and conversion metrics while maintaining accurate, executive-ready recruiting dashboards

This role accelerates a clean energy future by enabling utilities to make data-driven decisions at massive scale through precision hiring of senior leaders who will drive Bidgely's mission forward.

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of in-house recruiting experience with demonstrated ownership of senior individual contributor, Director, VP, and executive searches
• Proven success leading full-cycle searches from intake through close, not just supporting them
• Strong outbound sourcing capability with a track record of filling senior roles through direct sourcing, referrals, and targeted search strategies
• Data fluency including ability to use recruiting metrics to diagnose pipeline issues and adjust strategy in real time

Compensation: $105,000-120,000 annually plus bonus
