Senior Proposal Lead and Writer (Proposal Specialist IV)

Core responsibilities:

• Lead large, complex, priority must-win pursuits from capture through to interview stage, including multiple disciplines/geographies
• Create detailed annotated outlines, write first-draft content, compliance lists, and capture/proposal schedules
• Lead writing of proposal sections such as cover letters, executive summaries, past performance sections, management approaches, and resumes/staffing sections
• Facilitate color reviews for assigned pursuits and apply lessons learned to add value to proposal and win plan

This role supports AECOM's work in infrastructure development and environmental services, contributing to projects that may include studies and planning, architecture and engineering design, construction, environmental services, and program management.

Required qualifications:

• Experience with US Federal proposal writing and strong compliance focus
• Strong leadership skills and ability to guide proposal teams
• Experience with pre-positioning, capture, and proposal development processes
• Knowledge of Federal Civilian and DoD proposal requirements and processes
