Senior Project Manager - West Coast

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for EV charging station installations.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and local authorities to ensure smooth execution.
• Serve as the primary construction point of contact for project stakeholders including site hosts, municipalities, and vendors.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations and enforce safety standards.

This role expedites the mass adoption of electric vehicles by creating a convenient, reliable, and affordable EV charging network, contributing to an all-electric future and reducing environmental impact.

• Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, permitting processes, utility coordination, and project scheduling.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Site Tracker, MS Project, Excel).
• Experience with EV charging technologies and standards, and familiarity with NEC, ADA, and environmental regulations.

For job positions in CA, CO, and NYC, the estimated salary range is $130,000.00 USD to $160,000.00 USD. In addition to a competitive base salary, discretionary target cash bonus, and restricted stock units (subject to Board Approval).
