Senior Project Manager

• Lead O&M projects for offshore wind assets, ensuring safe delivery within quality, time, and budget.
• Manage projects from identification to closure, including HV/LV/SCADA replacements, repairs, and AEP upgrades.
• Support development of department processes, tools, and Fast Response Plan, and lead digitalization efforts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, report KPIs, and ensure lessons learned are disseminated.

This role ensures the continued and improved operation of offshore wind assets, contributing to renewable energy production and the transition to a fossil-free society.

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in complex technical projects, preferably in offshore wind or energy sector.
• Strong knowledge of high voltage (HV) systems, SCADA, and electrical/mechanical components.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
