What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end technical project management for behind-the-meter rooftop or carport solar photovoltaic (PV) and battery energy storage system (BESS) projects from early development through commercial operation
- Serve as primary point of contact for external technical stakeholders including design-build contractors, owner's representatives, Operations and Maintenance providers, and consultants
- Apply knowledge of industry best practices and market trends to support project execution and inform continuous improvement of technical standards
- Manage collection, analysis, and reporting of project data to support project oversight and performance tracking

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and minimum 5 years of project management experience in renewable energy
- Proven experience in project management within energy, utility, or construction sector
- Experience with relevant products and specifications including PV modules, BESS systems, microgrid controllers, transformers, inverters, etc.
- Understanding of execution sequence for utility scale and/or behind the meter solar and BESS projects
