Senior Project Manager, Infrastructure Delivery

Core responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end technical project management for behind-the-meter rooftop or carport solar photovoltaic (PV) and battery energy storage system (BESS) projects from early development through commercial operation
• Serve as primary point of contact for external technical stakeholders including design-build contractors, owner's representatives, Operations and Maintenance providers, and consultants
• Apply knowledge of industry best practices and market trends to support project execution and inform continuous improvement of technical standards
• Manage collection, analysis, and reporting of project data to support project oversight and performance tracking

This role advances CPA's clean energy initiatives by managing solar and storage backup systems that provide clean renewable energy to over three million residents and businesses in Southern California.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 5 years of project management experience in renewable energy
• Proven experience in project management within energy, utility, or construction sector
• Experience with relevant products and specifications including PV modules, BESS systems, microgrid controllers, transformers, inverters, etc.
• Understanding of execution sequence for utility scale and/or behind the meter solar and BESS projects

Salary range: $120,008.17-$180,012.25. Benefits include health care, 401(k)-like match program, paid vacation, and sick leave.
