We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our Human Centered Weather Forecasts project. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the project from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion. The role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and design.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the project from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and design.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project deliverables meet their needs.
- Develop and manage project budgets, and ensure financial reporting is accurate and timely.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
