Senior Project Manager

• Lead and manage multiple small to medium size projects, overseeing project P&L and ensuring financial targets are met.
• Coordinate team resource allocation, monitor project performance, and drive execution until contract closure.
• Manage interface with key customers, ensuring satisfaction, and implement robust EAC processes, sales and cash forecasts, and risk management.

This role contributes to the development of sustainable and innovative rail transportation solutions, improving connectivity and reducing environmental impact through efficient public transit systems.

• 15 years of experience in related industry or technical/aerospace field.
• 5-10 years of experience as a project manager with people management/leadership experience.
• University degree in Engineering (Electronic, Telecommunications, or Informatics) or equivalent experience.
• Strong technical expertise in Communication-Based Train Control (CBTC) railway signaling system.

Total Compensation Range (Base Salary + Annual Incentive plan): $151,559 - $190,964 CAD.
