Senior Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead project teams and ensure successful delivery. You will be responsible for establishing the execution approach, overseeing planning and control activities, and acting as the primary customer contact.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team, establish project execution approach, and oversee project hand-over, execution planning, and monitoring and control activities.
• Ensure project follows execution best practices and company policies, monitor and control project progress and financials, and manage project risks.
• Act as key contact for customers and escalation point for project issues, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide support in preparation of proposals and bids to meet customer needs.

This role contributes to advancing sustainable energy solutions through effective project management, supporting Hitachi Energy's mission to power good for a sustainable energy future.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Experience in project management with team leadership responsibilities
• Knowledge of project execution best practices, financial monitoring, and risk management
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Willingness to complete Hitachi Project Management Certification Programme
