Senior Project Manager - Healthcare

As Senior Project Manager, you will:

• Manage and deliver engineering advisory and design services for healthcare building projects from inception through completion
• Lead multidisciplinary design teams and coordinate with specialist sub-consultants including Quantity Surveyors and Architects
• Ensure project scope, contracts, programs, budgets, and quality assurance procedures are properly implemented and maintained
• Develop positive client relationships and represent Ramboll in project coordination meetings

This role creates positive change by delivering sustainable healthcare building projects that benefit society and nature, with projects ranging from major new facilities to sustainability-focused interventions that improve healthcare environments.

Required qualifications and skills:

• Demonstrable experience managing multi-disciplinary teams on UK Healthcare projects (new builds or refurbishments)
• Minimum HNC/HND or equivalent in a relevant discipline, plus MAPM or qualifications leading to full institutional membership
• Thorough understanding of digital design delivery through Revit/BIM 360
• Excellent project management skills with ability to run multiple projects of varying size and complexity
• Experience managing commercial processes and understanding project risks, procurement methods, and contract administration
