Senior Project Manager - Healthcare

• Management and delivery of engineering advisory and design services for healthcare building projects, from inception/feasibility through to completion/handover.
• Managing and supporting our Multidisciplinary design consultancy team and specialist sub-consultants, including Quantity Surveyors, Architects and specialist designers.
• Ensuring that our scope, contracts, programmes, change management, risk registers, budgets and QA procedures are in place, maintained and used by our in house teams and specialist sub-consultants.
• Representing Ramboll and developing positive and collaborative working relationships with the project team, clients and contractors.

This role contributes to delivering sustainable healthcare building projects that benefit society and nature, with projects making a positive impact on the NHS and people's lives through innovative and sustainable design solutions.

• Must have demonstrable experience with multi-disciplinary team management of UK Healthcare projects, such as the building of new or refurbishment of existing hospitals within the UK.
• Minimum HNC/HND or equivalent in a relevant discipline, MAPM or qualifications leading to full individual membership of an appropriate institution.
• Have a thorough understanding of digital design delivery through Revit/BIM 360.
• Excellent and demonstratable project management skills, with the ability to run multiple projects of varying size and complexity.
