Senior Project Manager

• Manage overall project execution of design-build initiatives, ensuring adherence to design specifications, budget constraints, and schedule requirements.
• Oversee administrative functions including contract performance monitoring, review of payment requisitions, and maintenance of project schedules and budget projections.
• Establish and maintain stakeholder relationships by providing consistent updates and conducting regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality standards.

This role ensures the successful delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects that improve urban environments and community well-being in New York City.

• Proven experience managing complex design-build projects, preferably in an Owner's Representative role on mega projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with ability to provide on-site guidance in challenging construction environments.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills, with proficiency in budget management and financial reporting.
• Ability to travel within the four boroughs of NYC (Bronx, Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn).
