Senior Project Director, Healthcare

• Serve as day-to-day client partner for smaller projects and support mid-level leaders across larger workstreams.
• Own timelines, internal alignment, and cross-functional communication to ensure smooth project flow.
• Lead MLR submissions and tracking with accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Translate briefs and brand guidance into actionable project clarity for creative and production teams.

This role helps healthcare and non-profit clients navigate change and seize opportunities through strategic marketing, fostering positive change within their industries.

• 12+ years experience in account or project management, ideally within healthcare/pharma agency settings.
• Strong executional discipline with the ability to manage multiple timelines and priorities simultaneously.
• Foundational understanding of MLR, regulatory constraints, and digital/omnichannel tactics.
• Clear, confident communication and exceptional organizational skills.
