Mission
What you will drive
- Lead end-to-end delivery of major programmes supporting Centrica's strategic priorities, including fixing customer issues, reducing costs, driving commercial growth, and investing to create value.
- Shape programme vision, strategy, and structure, translating high-level goals into clear delivery roadmaps, measurable KPIs, and tangible business outcomes.
- Manage multi-disciplinary teams, drive strong governance, financial control, and benefits realisation, and build trusted relationships with Directors and Executives.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Experience in programme or large-scale project delivery within a regulated, customer-centric or operationally complex industry (energy, utilities, financial services, telecoms, or similar).
- Proven success leading multi-workstream change initiatives (ยฃ5mโยฃ20m) from initiation through to benefits realisation.
- Strong governance and delivery management capability, excellent stakeholder management, commercial acumen, and experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
- Professional certification in programme/project management (MSP, PRINCE2, PMI, or AgilePM) desirable; Lean Six Sigma or Continuous Improvement experience beneficial.
