What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Translate programme strategy into regional financial plans, budgets, and forecasts, providing timely financial insight for programme-level decisions on scale, trade-offs, and investments.
- Lead regional budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance tracking across programme countries, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting for leadership.
- Ensure donor financial compliance across the regional portfolio, maintain audit readiness, and balance compliance with pragmatism to avoid bottlenecks.
- Support financial coordination across countries, strengthen financial management capability in country teams, and provide coaching to finance staff.

What makes you a great fit
Required skills and experience:
- Seven to nine years of relevant experience, with at least three years in a senior finance role in an international NGO or similar setting.
- Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking in multi-country programmes.
- Proven ability to ensure donor compliance, manage grants, and maintain audit readiness in complex regulatory environments.
- Experience in building financial capability across teams, providing coaching, and supporting country-level finance operations.
