Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Program Officer to join our team. The Senior Program Officer will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of private sector delivery strategies to advance family planning and reproductive health goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the private sector and its role in advancing global health goals, as well as experience in program management, partnership development, and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of private sector delivery strategies to advance family planning and reproductive health goals
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and pursue opportunities for private sector engagement
- Develop and maintain relationships with key private sector partners and stakeholders
- Provide technical assistance and support to country programs and partners on private sector engagement
- Analyze and interpret data to inform private sector delivery strategies and program implementation
- Develop and manage budgets and work plans for private sector delivery initiatives
- Represent the organization in private sector forums and events
About the Role
- The Senior Program Officer will be a key member of the Private Sector Delivery team and will work closely with other teams, including Country Programs, Advocacy, and Communications
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the private sector and its role in advancing global health goals, as well as experience in program management, partnership development, and stakeholder engagement
- The Senior Program Officer will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of private sector delivery strategies to advance family planning and reproductive health goals

Requirements
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. public health, business, international development)
- At least 5 years of experience in program management, partnership development, and stakeholder engagement in the private sector or a related field
- Strong understanding of the private sector and its role in advancing global health goals
- Experience in developing and implementing private sector delivery strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in another language is an asset
