Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Program Officer to join our team. The Senior Program Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing programs to improve women's health outcomes, particularly in the area of gynecology. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement programs to improve women's health outcomes in gynecology
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement program strategies
  • Manage program budgets and ensure effective use of resources
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, community organizations, and government agencies

Requirements

  • Master's degree in public health, healthcare administration, or a related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with program evaluation and budget management
