Senior Program Manager, Regional Consultant

• Support communities and projects developing or operating high quality supportive housing.
• Manage projects independently ensuring deliverables are completed within scope, budget, and timeframe.
• Develop business development opportunities including proposal writing, scoping projects, and marketing.
• Provide leadership over assigned portfolio area and foster teamwork and high-quality performance.

This role directly expands supportive housing solutions for marginalized individuals and families, ensuring stable homes and access to critical services, thereby reducing homelessness and improving community well-being.

• 12+ years’ experience in homeless systems, supportive housing, affordable housing, property management, asset management, community development, or related fields.
• Deep knowledge of supportive housing development or operations, including property operations, policy, and system change.
• Previous project management experience with demonstrated leadership and organizational skills, managing project teams, budgets, and deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, facilitation, training, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Salary ranges: New York City $114,000-$142,000; Richmond $92,000-$115,000; Chicago $101,000-$127,000; New Orleans $87,000-$109,000. Pay rates are set using a 50-mile metro area approach.
