Senior Program Manager, Recruiting Enablement

• Partner with Recruiting leaders to enhance talent systems supporting strategic objectives across sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring
• Develop Recruiting systems training, conduct onboarding for new users, create documentation, and drive user adoption for new features
• Assess new systems or enhancements, lead pilots or rollouts, and ensure alignment with business needs
• Act as a subject matter expert for AI-driven recruitment solutions by evaluating, implementing and maintaining automation tools

• 5+ years in Recruiting Operations or HR program management in a fast paced environment
• Proven success leading cross-functional programs and driving adoption
• Managed and owned full cycle project management with established workflows, user acceptance testing, communications and launch plans
• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences and seniority levels
