Senior Program Manager

• Direct and review overall planning of project activities to identify critical milestones and priorities.
• Lead the team to achieve cost and schedule objectives, manage budget estimates and staffing requirements.
• Prepare and present project status reviews to clients, manage contract claims and change orders.

This role advances sustainable rail transportation, reducing carbon emissions and improving urban mobility, contributing to climate action and community development.

• Minimum 10 years of program/project management experience with at least 5 years in rail transit industry.
• 5 years minimum experience in large multimillion mass transit turnkey projects.
• Working knowledge of safety, train control systems, passenger vehicles, communication systems, traction electrification, and O&M of rail systems.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; experience in customer management, scheduling, risk management, cost estimation, and contract negotiation.
