Mission
What you will drive
- Develop and lead the evolution of program strategy for marine carbon dioxide removal (mCDR) to maximize field progress.
- Drive execution of key priorities across R&D, policy, field-building, and education, with systems for monitoring and evaluation.
- Build and maintain relationships with diverse partners (researchers, startups, funders, policymakers) and represent Ocean Visions in external forums.
- Lead strategic fundraising for the Remove program and contribute to organizational strategy.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Master's or PhD in ocean science, environmental science, engineering, policy, or related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience leading programs addressing complex environmental problems.
- Deep familiarity with mCDR science, policy, and technology landscape, or ability to rapidly master it.
- Demonstrated ability to identify high-leverage opportunities and manage complex multi-party projects.
