What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Lead implementation of programs connecting candidates with opportunities at scale, including opportunity notifications, mentor network management, and talent referral programs
  • Provide hands-on support for key programs like the AI Policy & Leadership Network and headhunts for critical open roles
  • Track relationships and impact by maintaining talent databases, CRM systems, and analyzing program effectiveness data
  • Support career advising work by evaluating incoming requests and identifying top candidates for further support
