Senior Product Manager

Core responsibilities:

• Develop and articulate a clear product strategy for client and admin facing tools and products
• Collaborate closely with engineering and design to shape strategy & roadmap, prioritize valuable problems, and launch MVPs to validate hypotheses
• Lead iterative product & design thinking to continuously measure, learn, and enhance user experience in utility-facing products
• Build a deep, data-driven understanding of customer needs, pain points, and behaviors across programs

This role directly contributes to decarbonization and building a more sustainable future by creating software that manages energy resources to balance the grid, making it more efficient and reliable while reducing fossil fuel consumption.

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 10+ years total experience with 8+ years leading product teams to identify pain points, market opportunities, and deliver solutions
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience leading horizontal, multi-team efforts around shared business goals with embedded discovery processes
• 2+ years of experience with Energy and Utilities Industries is required
