Senior Product Manager

• Define the multi-year strategy for Ground Mount, balancing disruptive innovation with stability required by enterprise customers to defend and expand market leadership.
• Lead technical discovery sessions with solar engineers to deconstruct CAD-based workflows and navigate AutoCAD platform constraints to deliver high-performing software.
• Build and communicate a roadmap that balances feature requests with long-term strategy, using quantitative user behavior data and qualitative feedback to justify trade-offs.
• Lead cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, QA) to ship high-quality solutions and impact key business outcomes like NRR and LTV through product decisions.

This role contributes to accelerating the global transition to clean energy by developing sophisticated solar design software that makes solar project development faster, more precise, and highly productive, helping to build a net-zero economy.

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS companies, with at least 2-3 years focused on growth, retention, or managing mature products at scale.
• Proven track record of driving measurable business impact through product decisions, with strong analytical capabilities using product analytics tools and running experiments.
• Deep understanding of B2B SaaS business models, unit economics, and how product decisions impact revenue, retention, and customer acquisition costs.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with strong technical aptitude to engage meaningfully with engineering teams and a customer-centric mindset.
