Senior Product Manager (Pacific Time Zone )

Core responsibilities:

• Define, execute, and arbitrate the Supplier Platform roadmap, balancing architectural integrity with feature velocity
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and drive friction-less platform adoption
• Proactively engage with product teams to deconstruct feature requirements and identify patterns for reusable 'Supplier Core'
• Take the supplier product from current state to a robust version capable of handling increased volume and variety

This role creates positive change by building a scalable, unified platform that evolves supplier experience from vertical-specific solutions to a reusable core, enabling efficient data management and supplier workflows that can handle increased volume and variety.

Required skills and experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of Product Management experience with exposure to B2B platforms, Logistics/Supply Chain, or Two-Sided Marketplaces
• Strong command of user experience principles and ability to create wireframes or user flows
• Technical fluency to partner effectively with engineering, with understanding of database schemas, API layers, and reusable interfaces
• Proven ability to deconstruct complex workflows and rebuild them as scalable systems
