Senior Product Manager

As a Product Manager at Overstory, you will:

• Lead the product development process, define customer problems to be solved, and build consensus around the best way to solve them with stakeholders across the business
• Work in an agile manner, learning from customers, iterating quickly, and deciding when to build for a scalable future and when to hack it together
• Encompass all hands-on PM work such as writing problem statements, balancing product discovery with shipping fast, and deciding on success metrics
• Define team roadmaps, contribute to product strategy, and support internal teams during the delivery process

This role helps prevent outages, reduce wildfire risks, and accelerate the transition to a safer, more resilient electrical grid by using AI and satellite imagery to pinpoint vegetation risks, directly contributing to climate resilience and addressing the climate crisis.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of product management experience
• Experience working at a fast-paced start-up environment
• Experience working on a B2B product
• Strong passion for understanding customer problems and experience leading discovery directly with customers
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in a fast-paced environment
• Experience leading product strategy and roadmapping sessions, and building consensus around the best ideas
• Proven ability to juggle customer needs with engineering and business constraints to create shippable solutions
• Based on the East Coast of the US or in Europe (specific countries listed)
