Senior Product Manager

• Define and articulate a compelling 12-18 month product vision that aligns with company OKRs and proactively identifies "step-change" growth opportunities.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for complex initiatives, expertly balancing technical debt, innovation, and immediate customer needs.
• Navigate high-ambiguity environments to align senior leadership (C-suite, Executive Leadership Team) and act as a unifying force across the organisation.
• Drive continuous discovery and iterative testing to validate hypotheses, reducing risk while maintaining a deep empathy for our users.

• At least 5 years of demonstrable PM experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a B2B SaaS or platform environment managing multi-sided products.
• Proven track record of successfully shipping and iterating on multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth scale-up.
• Ability to move beyond reactive feature requests to deliver data-backed roadmaps that move core business metrics (e.g., Gross Margin, Efficiency, Automation).
• Comfortable "talking shop" with developers and understand the complexities of building scalable, secure B2B integrations.
