Senior Product Manager

Core responsibilities:

• Own your product domain, end-to-end - from discovery through delivery, iteration and scale, including improving existing products, launching new capabilities, and helping Halter expand into new markets and use cases.
• Lead continuous discovery and delivery as part of a tight product trio with engineering and design, choosing the right tools and approaches, testing assumptions, and learning quickly.
• Spend time with customers and internal experts, deeply understanding customer needs, workflows and pain points through direct engagement with farmers, industry experts, and internal teams.
• Make high-quality product decisions by setting clear priorities, making trade-offs, and focusing the team on work that delivers the greatest impact, balancing short-term wins with long-term strategy.

This role creates positive change by building products that fundamentally change how cattle farming operates globally, helping farmers become more profitable and more sustainable while revolutionizing one of the world's most important industries.

Required skills and experience:

• An experienced Product Manager with proven impact who has shipped products that matter and can point to outcomes, not just outputs.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and complexity, confident navigating uncertainty, breaking down messy problems, testing ideas, and iterating toward better solutions.
• Strong at prioritisation and focus, able to cut through noise, identify the signal, and make hard calls about what not to do.
• A clear and compelling communicator who can articulate problems, decisions and trade-offs simply and effectively to a wide range of audiences.
