Senior Product Manager - Flex

Core responsibilities:

• Partner with the Flex team to deliver on the mission to become the world's largest Virtual Power Plant, creating products that impact global energy usage
• Define product strategy and roadmap, shaping the future of innovative energy solutions
• Work closely with engineering, design, and operations teams to launch quickly, gather feedback, and iterate at speed
• Lead the creation of 0-to-1 products, from customer apps and device controls to new integrations with market players
• Track key product metrics, analyze performance data, and turn insights into actionable improvements

This role creates positive change by developing products that help boost renewable energy use and decarbonize energy systems worldwide, making energy more flexible and accessible while lowering bills and enabling greener living for millions of customers.

Required skills and experience:

• Proven experience in product management within a product-led company with a track record of successfully developing and launching innovative, user-centered products
• Genuine care for customers and tireless advocacy on their behalf
• Strong bias towards outcomes over processes with confidence in handling large-scale tasks independently
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with strong judgment in prioritization
• Skill in juggling multiple tasks and shifting smoothly between competing demands
• Comfort with ambiguity and proactive communication with early issue-spotting abilities
• Decisiveness and ability to make sound choices quickly with empathy when delegating and collaborating
