Senior Product Manager

Your mission is to build Enode's Flex product from the ground up, turning flexible energy assets into a scalable, market-ready product that delivers real commercial value for our customers.

• Own the Flex product vision and strategy, defining long-term vision and translating flexibility market dynamics into clear product strategy
• Evolve and scale the Flex product by leading discovery in complex problem spaces and partnering with design and engineering
• Build a market-ready B2B SaaS product by defining APIs, workflows, and abstractions for customers to activate and manage flexibility at scale
• Treat flexibility as a system, not a feature, designing for end-to-end flows and balancing competing constraints across stakeholders

This role enables energy companies to activate, optimize, and monetize flexibility across millions of distributed energy assets, helping consumers contribute to a decarbonized grid and accelerating the shift to renewable energy.

• Strong B2B SaaS product management experience with proven track record of taking products from 0→1 and 1→100
• Product discovery expertise with comfort leading customer discovery, validation, and experimentation in ambiguous domains
• Technical literacy with ability to work closely with engineers on APIs, data flows, and complex systems
• Systems thinking with experience building products that operate across multiple stakeholders and constraints
