Senior Product Manager

• Lead and extend Energy Hub's core platform for managing distributed energy resources
• Uncover insights from analytics, user research, market research, and input from cross-functional partners
• Define, prioritize, build, document, and iterate on new product features through the lens of hypotheses and validation
• Partner closely with other product teams to deliver against key strategic priorities

This role helps create a clean, distributed energy future by empowering utilities and customers to use smart devices as virtual power plants, enabling higher penetration of solar and wind power and making a positive impact on our climate.

• 5+ years of software product management experience with proven ability to break down complex problems and deliver business impact
• Experience working with electric utilities or IoT, familiarity with modern grid management tools, or comparable expertise
• Demonstrated experience aligning and influencing cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders
• Strong organizational and project management skills with proactive communication style
