What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and execution through cross-functional collaboration with Sales/BD, Marketing, Operations, Legal/Compliance, Capital Markets, Engineering, Data, and Design teams.
  • Help develop and prioritize product features based on user feedback, competitive benchmarking, data analysis, and business goals.
  • Drive innovation by designing intelligent, AI-driven automations that reduce manual workflows, improve decision quality, and enhance contractor experience.
  • Maintain clear product requirements, roadmaps, and success metrics to scale the B2B business.

  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity, with the ability to set direction and make trade-offs with incomplete information.
