Senior Product Manager

• Own and operate the product management system at Ampd, managing the end-to-end product lifecycle across core products from concept through launch and optimization.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Service, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to ensure priorities, timelines, and deliverables are aligned.
• Manage product governance and decision-making processes for new product introductions, market expansions, and product changes.
• Build and maintain product roadmaps, timelines, and documentation, ensuring clear communication of updates, risks, and dependencies.

This role enables Ampd Energy to deliver clean, reliable energy storage solutions that replace diesel generators, reducing carbon emissions and air pollution in construction and industrial sectors globally.

• 5+ years of experience in product management, program management, or similar cross-functional role.
• Experience in hardware, industrial, energy, or technical environments preferred.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused with strong communication skills.
• Able to understand technical concepts (e.g., electrical systems, hardware/software integration) and communicate effectively with technical stakeholders.
