Senior Product Manager (all genders)

• Strategic Roadmap Ownership: Co-create and execute the product vision by translating complex business needs into high-impact roadmap items that balance customer value with operational efficiency.
• End-to-End Product Leadership: Drive the full product lifecycle - from discovery to iteration - championing agile and user-centric methodologies to deliver scalable solutions.
• Operational Excellence: Architect and optimize development processes to drive standardization, reduce product complexity, and ensure cost-effective delivery.
• Cross-Functional Orchestration: Lead collaboration between Engineering, Design, and Production, ensuring product decisions are technically viable and aligned with factory realities.

• Industry Expertise: 7+ years of experience in Architecture, Building Engineering or Construction with a preference for B2B, enterprise, or platform-scale environments.
• Educational Foundation: Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Building- or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent professional experience).
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced experience with project management and industry-specific building/architecture software.
• Strategic Execution: Proven track record of leading complex technical initiatives and managing high-stakes projects across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
