Mission

What you will drive

  • Define AI product vision and roadmap; manage AI request intake and prioritization based on value, feasibility, and alignment.
  • Lead discovery process for new AI opportunities. Partner with Engineering teams to guide prototype development and validation. Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.
  • Manage internal and third-party AI initiative approval process. Prepare and present detailed proposals to Legal, Compliance, and other control functions, ensuring all products adhere to firm policies, data privacy standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Act as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and executive leadership. Clearly articulate the AI product roadmap, project status, potential risks, and ROI.
  • Champion AI innovation across the firm, acting as the resident subject matter expert. Develop and execute strategies to drive the adoption of new AI tools and capabilities, ensuring they are seamlessly integrated into business workflows to maximize impact.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering).
  • Minimum 2-3 years Product Management experience, ideally within a technology-driven space, with a track record of successfully driving projects from conception to launch.
  • Strong understanding of modern AI landscape (LLMs, RAG patterns, agentic workflows). Hands-on coding is not required, however familiarity with the software development lifecycle is essential for effective partnership with Engineering.
  • Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationships and impactful influence with senior stakeholders.
  • Proficient time management and organization skillset, with proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Experience in the Financial Services industry is strongly preferred. A deep understanding of investment workflows, data sensitivity, and the regulatory landscape is critical for success.

Benefits

What's in it for you

The base salary for this position is expected to be between $180,000 and $220,000. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and a competitive benefits package. Benefits offered currently include health, life, long-term and short-term disability insurance and a 401(k) plan. In addition, this role is eligible for paid public holidays (NYSE calendar), paid sick days pursuant to local laws, and additional reasonable time off subject to manager approval.
