Senior Product Designer

• Translate complexity into usable experiences by turning technical workflows, multi-step processes, and data into intuitive designs that help people make better decisions.
• Lead research and discovery through interviews, behavior observation, prototype testing, and identifying user needs.
• Design, prototype, and deliver by taking ideas from sketch to polished UI, iterating rapidly and maintaining the design system.
• Be the design voice in the room by collaborating with PMs, engineers, and leadership, asking questions, pushing back thoughtfully, and making trade-offs with intent.

This role creates positive change by helping teams digitally visualize, plan, and manage critical infrastructure projects, providing project confidence through clarity and enabling customers to fight the costly and high-risk 'Status Quo' of siloed data, people, and processes.

• A genuine all-rounder across all facets of the design disciplines.
• Fluency in Figma and rapid prototyping.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, comfortable with data-heavy or workflow-heavy products.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple work streams.
• Thoughtful, inquisitive, and systems-minded.
