Senior Product Designer (Native App) (f/m/x) - Remote

Core responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end user experience of our native app (iOS and Android), with clear ownership of core app journeys and close collaboration across embedded mobile web touchpoints.
• Shape the design vision and product direction of our app together with Product and Engineering peers, bringing new shopping experiences to life.
• Elevate our app into a new era of AI-assisted shopping, designing recommendations, conversational flows, guidance tools, and other intelligent experiences that leverage emerging technologies.
• Drive and validate solutions through continuous discovery and experimentation, identifying opportunities, solving user problems, testing ideas, and iterating for measurable impact.

This role creates positive change by designing intuitive and human-centered experiences that help customers make smarter and more sustainable choices, contributing to refurbed's mission of making sustainable consumption the easy choice while significantly reducing CO₂ emissions.

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of product design experience on iOS and Android apps with strong sense for interaction, motion, and usability in native environments.
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking from uncovering insights and defining problems to delivering results that improve user experience and business outcomes.
• Ability to communicate with influence, clearly presenting, discussing, and advocating for design work and aligning diverse stakeholders around user needs.
• Data-informed approach, blending quantitative data and qualitative insights to guide design decisions and measure impact.
• Comfortable exploring and integrating generative AI tools in workflow and excited to shape how they transform UX work.
