(Senior) Product Designer (f/d/m)

• Take full ownership of the design process from insight and strategy to execution and implementation.
• Think strategically about the product, connect high-level vision to detailed design decisions.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to transform abstract challenges into scalable, high-impact solutions.
• Design elegant, user-centered solutions rapidly to address pain points, boost engagement, and accelerate growth.
• Develop and enforce the design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and a unified product experience.
• Validate design decisions through efficient research and testing, keeping the user at the center.
• Stay ahead of procurement UX and product design trends to ensure the product sets industry standards.

This role helps companies across the globe leverage an impactful solution that fixes how companies get to net-zero using the voluntary carbon market and data-led insights, tackling climate change.

• Between 2 and 5 years of experience in modern product design.
• Great understanding of design, craft, and storytelling, with attention to detail, making sure that the product has a great and coherent user experience for all stakeholders.
• Ambitious, hands-on, and autonomous mindset, prioritizing and executing projects with quality outcomes.
• Ability to build trusted and collaborative relationships with your colleagues (and partners), both local and remote.
• Motivation to succeed in a fast-paced, scaling start-up.
• Effective and concise communication when presenting designs.
• Fluency in English required.
• A valid working permit in Germany.
