Senior Product Designer

Core responsibilities:

• Lead the design process from discovery through delivery for core product features and workflows, ensuring they meet user needs and business goals
• Translate complex systems, data, and workflows into intuitive, elegant user experiences
• Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and data analysts to shape product strategy and define requirements
• Lead and conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to deeply understand customer needs and pain points

This role contributes to reducing the complexity of sustainable supply chain management and guiding companies toward a sustainable world through intuitive product design.

• Experience owning end-to-end design processes for complex product features
• Ability to translate complex systems and data into intuitive user experiences
