Senior Product Designer

As a Senior Product Designer at eAgronom, you'll shape key product areas and design intuitive experiences that help farmers become champions of sustainability. You'll turn complex agricultural and carbon data into clear, usable, and impactful tools—designing workflows that make data collection and understanding simple, motivating, and meaningful.

• Design user-centred solutions that balance user insights, business needs, and technical constraints
• Conduct user research to uncover pain points, identify opportunities, help guide product improvements, and measure the impact of design
• Apply design methodologies and tools depending on the problem space, scope, and constraints to validate and iterate on ideas
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders

Your work will directly help thousands of farmers accurately report their climate actions, make smarter farm decisions, and earn rewards for their positive impact on the planet.

• Experienced product designer with 5+ years of experience creating thoughtful, well-crafted product experiences, primarily for the web
• Experience working on data-rich products and turning complexity into simple, intuitive experiences for non-technical users
• Proficient in designing and prototyping in Figma
• Strong communicator who can clearly articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences
