What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Collaborate regularly with engineers, designers, product managers, and key stakeholders to deeply understand requirements, manage expectations, and conduct design reviews
- Translate complex requirements and concepts into intuitive user flows with polished, on-brand interfaces working within and contributing towards our design system
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity design specs to support rapid engineering iteration and validation through proof-of-concept demos
- Collaborate with Product Managers to refine PRD's, shaping product strategy, conduct user research and define usability testing targets to validate designs and incorporate feedback

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years in a senior or staff-level Designer role, with a well-rounded "Digital product design" portfolio with result-driven case studies
- Proven track record designing SaaS products and complex technical interfaces, ideally for enterprise customers
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe, etc.) and producing high fidelity, on-device prototypes
- Strong understanding of user research, interaction design, and information architecture

For this position, we are targeting a base pay between $144,000 - $198,000. Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. We drive a pay-for-performance culture and reward performance that supports the Company's business strategy.
